The Deep Exhale Companion App

Something has your attention. You don’t need words for it yet.

You may feel tense, reactive, uncertain, mentally foggy or simply not quite yourself. The Companion is a free, private place to pause before you move automatically—and a complimentary way to experience The Deep Exhale process for yourself.

A place to pause

It won’t tell you what is wrong, give you a formula or try to fix you.

It gives you space to arrive, notice what is happening within you and acknowledge what may already be becoming clear.

You can choose a guided practice, follow a few gentle questions or simply sit with what has your attention. Stay for as long as it is useful, then leave and return to your life.

At this stage, the Companion is being shared freely as an introduction to the work. It will continue to be refined and expanded as people use it and the experience evolves.
